Tom Durham pretended to be on the residents side in the 2020 election in order to get elected. It's amazing how many high density projects and bad plans like Road Diets he has voted for since then. He also pushed the extremist Sustainability Plan which was hugely unpopular with Scottsdale voters. Durham does not deserve another 4 years on the city council. Vote for resident/family friendly ADAM KWASMAN to replace him.

The sheer gall to tout "sustainability" after approving THOUSANDS of high density housing units defies belief. How does that promote sustainability? Now they want to punish Scottsdale residents for their resource depleting decisions. Developers contribute to their campaigns, ensuring the "green light" on thousands of apartments that will suck up more of what little water we have, and now they're concerned about "sustainability" ? Now they want rate hikes? Consumption mandates? If you're running out of landfills, then why in Gods name would you approve 10 K apartments? Each of those apartments will consume a minimum of 800 gal of water a day, and add exponentially to the landfill problem. Pollution a concern? Each of those apartments will have al least 2 cars. This is typical insanity from leftist ideologues. In this video, it should also be noted that in addition to ignoring how approving thousands of apartments in a region with scarce resources affects their "plan", Council Members repeatedly insult concerned residents. Littlefield and Graham are the only members who care about Scottsdale and its residents. Vote the rest of these clowns out.
