It is really unique that you got video from the captain's meetings...very valuable for the individual anglers. In Mongolia, I think we should extend this video coverage to the Jury meetings, for the benefit of the anglers when the jury and the zone judges debate infractions and possible penalties. I think teh anglers will see that the Jury always tries NOT to assign penalties or cards, unless it is such an obvious infraction that leads to a competitive advantge.
