Take it out and point it in a straight line and run like you stole it. Seat the rings

My leak down numbers are not bad. This is my second rebuild to fix this problem. I made sure to drive it hard. Im wondering if a vacuum pump will help

I had pre-2002 rpm heads on a 383 stroker (probably 2000 or 2001) without any issues for about 12 or 13 yrs, sold it & dude still beating the shit out of today. Never seen this issue. I built it for an off road jeep wrangler, son of bitch would pull a small wheelie..

Prolly not a “ship wreck” there are very old lake freighters, wood mostly, all over commercial harbor’s of the Great Lakes with off channel marshy areas where they were shoved into to retirement and rott away

I use to live by Lake St. Clair, I did realize it had a Shipping Canal Way. I only thought of it as a lake between two large lakes Lake Huron & Lake Erie connected with two wide rivers the St Clair River and The Detroit River. That's interesting!

Great video. When I go to Seaway, I used to try to warn boaters when their boats were too close to shore. But usually they don't take my advice so I just stopped giving it. Also, don't go to Seaway on any major US holidays- you will be greeted by the Canadian Coast Guard looking to make a quick buck.

did you find out why? i have similar problem with my 455 but only when accelerating and making right turns or rocking from side to side when driving, i have tried to overfill slightly and its still doing it, it became worse when i had 1/2 dipstick so it wasn't windage problem i think...

@@spectramitch873Shit. My 302 is doing this, was thinking that this would be the issue, but was really hoping it wasn’t. You end up having to get a whole new motor or were you able to rebuild it?
