Much like the reason some prefer charcoal grills over propane, I think the best pizza ovens out there are wood burning pizza ovens, yes electric is more user friendly and cleaner, but they just don’t impregnate the flavor into the pizza, then a wood or wood pellet burning oven dose.
@@KenKen-ui4ny i personally find electric oven gives better taste than wood oven. Imo pizzas made in wood oven are a bit bitter

@@SimonWoodburyForget LOL. my taste buds tells me there more to it then ambiance. I have eaten pizzas cooked in both electric and wood fired ovens, and there a differences i can tell between the two. Probably doesn't matter to you, but it dose to me. And as for smoke being the least desired, that could depend also on what part of America you live in. Down here in the south where i live, smoke flavor and smoke BBQ is King.
@@SimonWoodburyForget Just doesn't really matter to me, if it not the right way to infuse food or ingredients with smoke. I just think wood oven baked pizzas are a little more favorable, that just my preference.

Well, other than actual trial & error, he started with a 19mm (3/4”) then switched to a 4mm nozzle. It appeared to do reasonably on the flat coupon, but not complete wraparound on the tubular shape. So the middle would be 6mm, which was already commented about! So try a 6 or one size up.
