@Fnfpretty have you tried restarting your router? When I first got mine, the router I had was not good at all for the portal as it was around 5 years old. When I changed companies, the router they supplied was much better and I've had no problems. Thanks for watching

I had this problem with the portal at first also. It just suddenly worked. All I done with mine was made the portal forget my phones hot spot, and reset both phone and portal. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching

What’s the BO6 run like when you use your mobile hotspot in a different location from where your ps5 is? I’m looking to buy a portal to use at work in my free time but want know if it’s capable of running it fine first :)

Nothing is stored on the portal. You can use remote play to buy games but it's saved to the ps5 as the portal is just like a second screen with a controller attached. So if you are away from the ps5, have a Internet connection, and the ps5 is in rest mode, you can access your games anywhere

Yes, you can. You can use wired headsets or sonys ones. You can do the same as you would on the ps5.

I have a samsung galaxy A15 5G with 5G UW ultra wide band with 64GB storage and 4GB of ram and a super Amoled display and 90hz refresh rate i ran Black ops 6 on xbox gamepass and it runs pretty okay but sometimes get some serious bad latency it goes up the lower the better the higher the worst ever

@dadou193 you can't buy them. The games are included when you have a PlayStation Plus Premium membership, which are streamed from the cloud

I was on it for about an hour, 1080p and it used about 6GB of data on my hotspot.
