Painting a SPACE MARINE TERMINATOR (from de 90s)
I show you how I stripped the paint off and detached all parts from this Space Marines Terminator from the 90s (I was told by some of you that this is a Warhammer 40k 2nd edition Terminator). I glued all parts and filled the gaps with epoxy putty (a mix of greenstuff and milliput). Then I painted the model using mainly Speedpaints, but I used a few Vallejo's XPRESSCOLORS and acrylics for highlights (both Vallejo and Citadel).

I show you how to make free bases for miniatures using cardboard and other free materials like sand, cardstock, etc. for basing them. - - I especially use them for toy conversions but you can use these bases for other games like Warhammer, Warhammer 40K, Frostgrave, HeroQuest and such. - - These bases are very sturdy at this scale, especially when covered in a few layers of PVA glue (like some ...

How to make Amazing RUINS TERRAIN for your Tabletop Games (for CHEAP!)
Переглядів 974Рік тому
In this video I show you how I upgraded the very first ruins terrain I ever crafted. I wasn't using them anymore but I didn't want to chuck them. So, I evolved as a crafter and these walls too. I think that now they are pretty stable and versatile. For both fantasy and sci-fi settings. Who knows if I will keep modifying them? These ruins are cheap, easy and pretty fast to make compared to other...

Wow, good job. You should do and entire one with a drill on both sides and cyclone missile racks on top.
@@AnimusAgain maybe one day!!! Good idea!!!
Those doors looks amazing! Even if I mainly do fantasy stuff I think the techniques you used can be applied for dwarven doors and stuff like that. Liked and subscribed!
Thanks! I would love to see what you do!
Hi. What are the measurements of the door? 4x4 cm
@@EvolutionaryHumanist 48mm x 51mm aprox.
For a better fit of the gun mount/articolation you should try next time, some polycaps, they're very useful.
What are polycaps?
@@jandukanocraft m.ua-cam.com/video/1c6RU29z-40/v-deo.html Polycaps are little plastic tubes, they are used in Tamiya 's tank models for allows wheels ' movement or Gunplas' models for articolation. Some are sold separately, and are used also in Cars ' models.
@@alessiodecarolis thanks mate!!! I eill look into it!!
Nice job, naturally we could try to make auto doors that open in different, alien ways, such those seen on Forbidden Planet, or the first episode of The Mandalorian (with DANGER warnings!)
Of course!! I wish I had time to craft EVERYTHING! Hehe. 😉👌⚠️
And thanks, dude! 👍
Fine work, those came out great. Cheers!
Thanks mate! Let me know if you have any tips to improve!
Tehnolog miniatures? Cool vid and I will be stealing your techniques to build some bases for some toy dinosaurs that I’ll be using to play One Page Rules with my kid... Thanks bro!
Yeah! I bought them a few years ago. Super cheap. Happy to know that someone is finding useful this video. Yeah, I think cardboard bases are a good idea for toy conversions when you want to keep the cost low. Thanks for watching!
Now that's an orc! Actually.. it reminds me of the orcs (or were those ogres?) from the old Disney gummy bears cartoons😂
Heheh didn’t watch those!

Thanks for you kind comment! 😊 I just try my best!

Oh, thanks mate! ☺️
I use some paper towel to filter out the paint crud from my paint stripping fluids (I have several that I use, because different paints respond better to different solvents, and some solvents aren't too safe on plastics, either). The paper towel goes into the rubbish, the fluid gets reused.
I was wondering how to filter the alcohol. I might try that.😊
Dreads were what got me i to modeling. I remember getting one as a one off and I was hooked after that.
I feel you, buddy! I think I want more! 😂💪🙌
Nice work
Thank you, dude! The truth is that I enjoyed working on this model! 👌👍
MUCHO MEJOR PINTADO.👌
Gracias!!!
Rangers of Shadowdeep is a great coop game. Thanks for the video and crafting!
Yes, I think so too. Love it! 💪👍😃
Jandu Kano Craft guy, dude, sir. Take my Subscribe. I’ve been watching craft videos for years and I always try to politely tell people how awesome Mod Podge with a little gray or black paint mixed in is THE BEST way to seal, protect, and prime your build. You are 100% correct that Mod Podge is better than PVA glue, I have almost a decade of experience that confirms your theory! You can even spray paint foam if you cover it in Mod Podge. Thank you for being awesome!!! Great video and great build idea. Thank you for teaching!
Thank you very much for your kind words, I really appreciate it. I will try to keep uploading videos as much as real life lets me! 👌👍😉
Good work. 😊👏👏 if I may leave a few tips there. maybe use thick bookbinding cardboard instead of corrugated cardboard. the coffee stirring rods could be roughened up or structured a little for more detail.
Thanks buddy!! 👍 Yes, chipboard is a better option because it doesn’t have the corrugation, but I wanted to make those bases as cheap as possible (I usually have to buy the chipboard, and I have tons of free corrugated cardboard). I need to start roughing the coffee stirs! 👏

Fascinating. It did not occur to me to make my own bases. Awesome stuff. Thank you
Well, now you know! Thanks for your kind comment! 👌 👍
At this size, plus with those layers of PVA, paint, and aggregate/wood: these bases should be fairly durable.
@Ploxxord yes, I think they are pretty durable. PVA is great for these applications. 😉

You nglected to explain how you did the nice wavy joint between the door panels. Is that hand cut? Otherwise good.
It was cut with special scissors for kid’s crafts 😂. You can find more shapes too. Very handy tool to have. I borrowed it from my 5yo daughter.
Como mola la restauración! Pew pew!
