@@neshiro7263 well there's something called group shifting but you both have to have the same script or it won't work but i might be giving you false information so i suggest you search it up,or you can script her there i think😅

Common Methods Julia: You count to 100 and between each count you say an affirmation such as I go to dr and so on and continue until you reach 100 and you should be in your world

And there is a way to sleep, just be sure that you will wake up with dr and sleep or read the script

It's not hard I promise u it actually really easy now I haven't shifted yet but I have a friend that has and she said it isn't hard unless you make it that way so I suggest you just listen to the audio while visualizing:)

He should've listened to Draken, Mitsuya and Baji, he should've controlled his emotions, he should've been more careful and he should've moved on. No matter what happened to you in your life there's no reason to kill. Don't get me wrong I love Mikey the most in Tokyo revengers and I love him a lot but he made me really disappointed. He could've asked Draken to control his dark impulsive I mean isn't he his right hand? His best friend? Why go to Kisaki instead? They just met! His most trusted friends warned him from Kisaki!! He doesn't know what his intentions are!! Please don't tell me "He went through a lot as a kid" because I know that more than anyone else but even South also went through a lot as a child and even went through worse and by worse I mean WORSE situations than Mikey yet does that make his crimes justified? Totally not. Mikey killed South, now he's a killer even if the person he killed was awful that doesn't change the fact that he almost killed Takemitchi too who wasn't only an innocent person but also was trying his best to save him. I love Mikey a lot and that's why I wish he realizes the mistakes he did and still doing. (I'm still trying to shift tho I still want to save him)

Je sais pas si c’est Vrm une technique mais genre deux heures avant de dormir, Je lis des fans fiction en rapport à l’anime que je vais rêver j’écoute de la musique qui me fait penser à eux je lis les mangas qui me font penser à eux fin je fais tout ce qui est en rapport avec l’anime et avant de dormir je me fais un scénario sur cette anime et normalement je m’endors et ça fonctionne ^^
