Good meme, what is this meme called?

I don't believe anything I'm told by any council or Government. Am I being paid for my extra effort to assist with this FOGO stuff ? Will the bin liners be provided free of charge, ALL THE TIME, beyond the initial freebie ? I remember the debacle about the supermarket bags, now I'm stuck having to pay for supermarkets bags if I want it home delivered. I tried the non-bagging option once, & they left all of my products all over the place. It was a disaster. The bags were free not so long ago, but now we have to pay for them too. EVERYONE is always trying to bleed money from me. I have blood cancer & my time is finite. I DO NOT have ANY spare resources. I'm stuck doing home delivery because I can't afford to take the risk of going to the supermarket, I'm immunosuppressed. My advice to all is do not use it. Do not allow yourselves to be continually robbed of YOUR personal resources. You pay your bills, so do I. There should be NO COSTS associated with anything to consumers & we should be able to verify the FOGO processing for ourselves, but we can't. It's all 'trust me' based, just like the recycling scandal with the supermarkets. All anyone can claim is 'trust me', we're doing the right thing. Not good enough. If I can't verify it for myself, it's fake !!!!!
