What guitar are you using?

@@CapedStrawberry at the moment I’m using a Les Paul Wii GH controller, I had an adapter for one of them and a custom one with a usb-c to usb-a connection to my Playstation console as well as my PC.

It sounds like you need to build up the muscle memory on your fingers more, which unfortunately takes time and practice. What I would suggest is stepping down to hard and playing chord-heavy songs until you start getting more consistent and comfortable with them

Mine WAS perfect until the last update. Now I'm still trying to figure out how to get it good again. Basically you can get it close with the calibration option, then fine tune it in settings. Be aware that updates can cause the calibration to change, and some songs seem to have very small offset differences between them.

At the moment the notes only have the colors when playing Pro Lead or Pro Bass, but in an upcoming update they're adding a toggle in options so the standard charts can have the colored notes too

You just select it like any of the other instruments, but right now it only shows up if you are using a supported guitar

@@Zuurrbretrocultmods currently sells an adapter for wiimote Guitar Hero guitars that is compatible with ps5 and pc, also is compatible with wired xbox 360 and ps3 guitar hero controllers. Bought one recently as well as their RGB Solderless kit, works as intended! Only issue is that since I have tilt sensors on my guitar it makes my fortnite character spin around in the Fortnite Festival lobby. But you choose your song with your console controller and it’s plug n’ play from there!

Yep! Tilt activation has been a thing in guitar controllers since the earliest Guitar Hero game
