Really nice job that start was immense. I qualified in 4th but our final race was very boring 0 overtakes in the top 6. We were told that there would be a 10 second penalty for contact after 1 warning. I got one warning near the start of the race for barely tapping the kart in front of me cause he braked earlier, no positions gained/lost. After that I didn't really make any moves otherwise I wouldn't have qualified.

I had a similar crash 2 days ago, full throttle going through a corner which give me little reaction time to break. Almost broke my ribs (The rib protector provided to me was one size smaller). Really really painful.

Great video Ricky, I was hoping you might upload this but I’ve only just found it. You lapped me at 23:58 - yellow helmet. I think I started in P5, finished 6th. This was my first ever visit to Warrington and by lap 7 I was done for and secretly begging for it to finish already. 🤣 I really struggled with the kart performance as it felt quite sluggish hauling my 94kg around and trying to get past middle lane hoggers. Also used a seat insert for the first time, as recommended by the Marshalls since I don’t usually use one, and didn’t like the final driving position, but I think it saved me from the brutality of the track. I’ve got video footage too and will eventually get around to editing and posting. For some crazy reason I then did the members 3for2 the following evening and that pretty much finished me off. Didn’t kart for a month after that. 🤦‍♂️ End result though, loved the track and hope to be up again in the hear future for another 40 laps. 👍

This Marshall is really good! He helped me when I had a big crash a few weeks ago and hurt my neck and back. Top man

i dont think he was faking it, looked like he was in shock form the crash but soon realised he was fine and got up. The others probably got extra time because of delay and not to waste their money
