Riding Charlie Don't Surf Trail in North Conway

I am not sure why they call this trail Charlie Don't Surf because while riding it, I felt like I was surfing the whole time. Riding Charlie Don't Surf is challenging and fast pace. Killington is two hours away from each so about the same distance. Thanks!

You can drive up close to the trail head and than you will have to climb about a mile but is not bad at all. Some areas you will have to walk with your bike and is more like a hike but is not long. This is where you want to park 1578-1732 Hurricane Mountain Rd Center Conway, NH 03860 United States

Damn Black Bear (and Stormin Norman) trails are incredible! Only wish? Arrive with better weather, first time was raining (NEMBA Fest 2019 I think) and last summer was a 90 degree humid day. That climb IS brutal - 700 ft elevation straight up a fire road, zero wasted distance, but worth it. Big shout out to Peter Wakeling and the OTB Trail Builders crew (Kitchel fame) - fantastic job!
