【東方 PC-98 Arrange】 衛星トリフネ (Satellite TORIFUNE)
An attempt at a PMD cover of "Satellite TORIFUNE", from ZUN's album, "Trojan Green Asteroid".
I think this track is my favorite from the album and I've wanted to try covering this for a while now. It took a few tries to get the ball rolling on this cover, though. I feel like a few extra FM/SSG channels would have been nice to have around, but I guess it's more interesting to work within the limitations of the OPNA chip. I feel like this could definitely be improved on, though.

An attempt at a PMD cover of "The Sealed-Away Youkai ~ Lost Place", Yamame Kurodani's theme from 東方地霊殿 ～ Subterranean Animism. I find this theme really catchy and upbeat for a Stage 1 boss theme, although a bit short. This cover is based on the original SA OST, but the SHoSS (or is it Sunken Fossil World now?) version is also memorable for me at least.

I think her theme is somewhat underrated, especially in comparison to the other great tracks from the SA OST. I tried to make it sound a bit close to the original, so I wonder how that turned out.

私はPC-98もこの東方の原曲も知らない人ですが、とっても聴きやすくていいなって思いました！！！ 音色が分離していて、飽和してごちゃごちゃしている今の曲とは反対に、それぞれの音が主張をわきまえている感じがして、すごく耳に優しくて聞き取りやすくて好きです！！！ シンプルな音色も活用次第なんだなって思いました！
