    Hello. I can relate to every symptom you have and I understand exactly what your going through. Like sometimes when I'm at work I think everybody is watching me but I know it's just my brain lying to me and making me think that. Reason why we suffer is because we've conditioned our brains subconsciously to become in an anxiety state and is looking for danger all the time. It's a constant cycle. Have a look at the linden method cause it's helping me a lot if you follow it correctly. It's a method you do to recondition your brain back to being non anxious. I don't work for them but I'm a client and the support staff are all ex sufferers so they tell you what to do exactly to recover. Take care. Dan

      Hi Dan, thank you for your kind words, it is a horrible routine but I will have a look into that thank you. I also found exercising daily has had positive effects for my mind too recently. Kind regards.

      Hey guys got any tips im trying to beat this beast and recover from gad ive improved alot but i still get anxious thoughts and a racing heart
