Its nice but it is still in boondocks Oklahoma . Why spend all that money on a house in OKC where nothing happens .....
You have a point! However, the good thing is you have all that space to yourself. If this mansion was located in FLA or CA, then you would have to constantly worry about squatters, robbers, and homeless people sneaking into the house and property. 5-10mil max for this property!
You can always travel other places.
