It is a real POS. They're unable to communicate with anyone that does not speak their language. I put a freeze on my credit card. They now have put a credit report agency from Switzerland on the case. I keep replying please translate, I never could get the product to work to no avail

After a month later, it is a scam. They do take USA currency and give you what they want for exchange rate.

They dont take USA currency. It sounds like that is a good thing if read the reviews .

True the swiss track company has the following bad features !no money back .no telephone support,irritating advertisement :like video from a product but they send you another and even in this case :no money back!! Don‘buy there!!

It's a fake tracker that doesn't work and you can't get your money back and they will not respond at all they jest tell we will reset your tracker I have ask formy money back over and over don't get this they will jest rip you off

There are no instructions on there web site and the sim will fit in two different ways so I can't set it up it's junk no one should buy this thing if they are not going to give costumers service properly

I got a new Swiss tracking device and I think it's junk it's brand new it came with no instructions at all had one card in box but it's not in English and no one will respond to email's l don't know the password on it or how to setup I got zero help from manufacturer or sales that's why it's junk

Who wants to buy my Swisstracker? It is bought in the middle of march and is never been used.

Do not buy this bad swisstrack tracker. They do not help you, they do not have a support when you contact them. And the swisstrack Tracker is much too inaccurate. There are much better and cheaper tracker like weenect (the best for me) or Tractive (with the best app but nearly inaccurate like Swisstrack.

I got the one for bicycles. At first I thought the same thing, that I had been scammed. First I could not get it to work at all. There was no risk to try my local cellular provider. Using a new Sim chip it worked, but not as advertised. 1st the battery life was not 6 months, and the battery never showed a full charge, just 83%. Still I got better than 20 days. 2nd the unit would not work at all when inside the bike. It was as if they never actually tested their theory. My bike is an ordinary steel frame. No matter how I tried it simply could not broadcast or possibly receive through the steel. Finally I got a carbon seatpost and that did it. As far as I can tell it works fine. I need to do more extensive testing.

Been very unhappy w/ mine. Pd $170 & got nothing but a tiny black box. Had to buy a new sim to get live audio. Sometimes it works but isn’t reliable. Tracking app is outdated & virtually no customer support unless u want to wait 24hrs for an email reply. By then u have another question & will have to wait another 24hrs. I expected more for my money!
