Would you recommend taking d3 and k2 at same time or separately in a day ?

I started taking K2 because it is recommended to take with D3, and my D3 wss very low. I have noticed my tooth sensitivity has dramatically reduced. My teeth also feel a lot smoother. I have yet to go to a dental check-up /cleaning appointment. But in the past although I had no cavities, my dentist was warning me that my enamel was thinning and I had so much sensitivity during the cleaning that I was dreading the appointments. I also had a lot of plaque build up even though I brush and floss daily. I am looking forward to my next appointment to see if the tartar buildup is reduced. But I can already feel that my teeth feel smoother and cleaner after taking K2 for about 3 months.

The glam face palette really isn't topper shimmers in there imo. I think it depends how you use it. It can be very foiled and impactfull. 😉 You used a light hand, which was lovely on you for a daytime look. Mini nude is different enough to get both i think too. I love natasha denonas formula. Am slowly building up my collection. After seeing dancefloor princess on you it made me decide to finally get that lippy 😆 A lot of Ct lipsticks pull warm peachy but that looks like it actually does have pink in there.

Can you point to the research on K2-7 and white teeth? As there is no blood supply to the enamel after tooth eruption, it is physically impossible to affect enamel in any way via endogenous supplementation once the tooth is fully erupted. The only way to effect tooth enamel after eruption is topically, not systemically. Your own experience is anecdotal evidence. To "whiten" the teeth means to remove intrinsic or extrinsic stain from enamel. The only way to accomplish this is exogenously/topically.

I'm so happy they extended the shade range to include N shades! The NWs were always slightly too pink for me, and the NCs were too yellow, so I went with another foundation in the end. However, I went to the MAC store yesterday and an artist matched me with N5, and it is literally a perfect match! I'm in love with this foundation now!!!

Hmm. My son has MHE which is just multiple growths on the bones. It is basically a heparin sulphate deficiency disease but its main manifestation is in the bones. He has good teeth. I wonder if the Vit K2 would increase the growths or decrease?

K1 is the clotting ..people hear K and stop. You need to read up on this because it is fascinating snd there are so many K’s!!! I take it (k2 from MK7) with D3 and eat a protein and calcium rich diet. Taking calcium pills is a big no. The recent COMB study showed K2 helps with osteoporosis. The studies I’ve seen recently did not show any blood vessel help.. but doesn’t mean it won’t help. There are several books on K2 ..interesting. Dennis Goodmans book:K2 The missing nutrient for heart and bone health…good read. Also Building Bone Vitality by Amy Lanou If you take the little pill (plus D3) once a day just to get white teeth, hooray! You are doing so much for your body and “future you”!

Also, the people who should not take K2 are really the people that are on the old blood thinners like coumaden or warfarin, not Eliquis, or Xarelto

Does vit k2 cause any issues with blood clotting? I take Eloquis for my Afib to prevent possible blood clot problems. I was told that Eloquis has no diet restrictions.

Do you know if K2 supplementation is known to cause abnormal heart rhythm?
