500k+ is the price for a floor?

If you happen to live near a Sunway Property and it is still under construction, you better consider to move. Local laws and regulations do not seem to apply for this company. Not only phase 1 of Sunway Serene in Kelana Jaya was a 24/7 nightmare for the adjacent neighborhood during a 5 years construction period, but now they started boring/ piling for phase 2 & 3 of this disastrous development. Geohan, as well as Sunway don't seem to bother for a minute about the houses next to the development, as bore piling noise pollution, dust and vibrations are beyond any livable condition for SS 8 & 7 citizens. The worst is the vibration that appears on daily basis and has already caused several damages to houses and infrastructure with Geohan and Sunway not bothering a single bit. You can see by the naked eye, once the boring rig hit the granite that it starts shaking and choking, but these incompetent people just keep on going full speed! Upon approaching them, they will show reports, nicely prepared by themselves on days where they reduce the work load, countering the community that they are doing a fantastic job, and there is no harm to anyone. But then again, money talks and we all know Sunway is cash rich, therefor the citizens in SS 8 & 7 and most probably all other surroundings of Sunway developments have nothing much on their side to fight back. Pity also the owners of phase 1 who paid a ridiculous price for this grade d development and now have to suffer for the next 5-6 years.

I found that Malaysia developers have modern design of their condo but their closet is really outdated where you can see the closet in the rooms and in the west we have walk in closet with sliding doors in every rooms that similar to the wall and hopefully Malaysia developers need to consider this furniture to par with their modern concept ....

From you image at 23:10, might be only surau or dewan or sekolah rendah. That was really good if no high rise over there.Hopefully the DBKL plan stick to that.

Please let us know how much is 2 or 3 bedrooms a unit ....and what is the monthly maintenance fee and how much is the down payment ...when is it completed and will appreciate someone can reply at their earliest ...

What an awful location for 900unit high density condo. The video shows you the view on the free trade zone, who wants to look at rusted roofing’s?? Sunway must be kidding, high density with a single road to enter??? Heard they plan phase 2&3 at the same terrible site, that means you cramp thousands of cars into a dead end development. Leasehold on top!!!? They should have build a school or kindergarten at the retention pond (it’s NOT a lake!) not another waste of living space and overhang units…🥲

Awful township planning. 900units, one entrance and only 1 exit, more blocks to come, it will take you forever in the morning to leave this place and frustrate you endlessly to get back after work, imagine 900units at least 2 cars = 1800cars in and out ONE ROAD! Whoever planned this at Sunway did not really bother and the officer who approved it at MBPJ must be rich by now after signing this off. Dead investment! I hope the take up will be slow. I am really waiting for developers to wake up and stop building only for investments and start building integrated well-thought trough environmental condos. Worst is the township planning in this country, as long as an officer can get a suitcase of money they will approve even the last plot to be trashed up with a useless condo that will not be fully occupied within the next 10years!
