Why did you use wax? I use these conibears for my job caching muskrats in The Netherlands and after decades of heavy hunting the smarter genes are left and wonder how I can increase my chances caching them

That’s Benton harbor Michigan st josep river

Nice hookup dude
When they come up through the Lilly pads and waylay it it's the hardest thing in the world to let them have it a min before setting the hook😅😅😅😅😅
@@johnnywise2498 I guess you just have to stay discipline😂
Cool vid but you are crazy wearing those slippers man. Round here you’d have chiggers and sumac in 5 mins

Why are you waxing. Your connis? Not good bud
Yo where is this? I just moved here, I went out to sand key to jig but I didn’t have any luck! Where can I buy live bait if I don’t have a casting net?
@@REALGAMING2016 I was fishing in Clearwater, and you can get bait and tackle in the store called Clearwater bait and tackle. Also there’s a lot of other baits stores that you would be able to look up and you can follow on google maps
@@trevormilleroutdoors3427that’s true lmao I just ended up googling one. Do you ever jig at night? Or only use live bait? I want night fishing last night with shrimp and them little fish just rip it right off
@@trevormilleroutdoors3427I’ve been fishing the memorial park in CW. Lots of blue crabs there and lots! Of action at night
@@REALGAMING2016 I fish a lot with live bait. If you are having trouble with small fish tearing off your shrimp, take a tiny hook and tip it with a tiny piece of shrimp and you should be able to catch them little fish and it’s fun to see what little kinds of micro fish are around. Also I use a lot of artificial baits. Probably my favorite is the bait called the Gotchu Plug, when using these you will catch a bunch of Spanish mackerel, trout, lady fish, and a bunch of other big fish. There’s a lot of other kinds of artificial baits out there that work good for saltwater. As long as you are moving the bait really fast cause they saltwater fish are really fast fish
@@trevormilleroutdoors3427 you’re the goat bro. I’ve been using some swim baits and some spoons, but I think I’m going to catch some small fish with the little hook and then see if I can use them as chop bait for bigger fish. Also shrimp. I’m going out there by the memorial park tonight 🤙🏻👌🏻 we’ll see what happens
Nice day smallmouth fishing. The water looked great.
What did you use as bait in the trap
@@Minnesotan_Fishing I used dog food
@@trevormilleroutdoors3427 ok thank you
Great experiment
Was this in Indiana?
I don’t know where to find their streams
You should stay out of that ditch for a couple of years and let the rats come back. You can over harvest rats. If you want coon stay out of the water, stay on the bank.
Love rainbow trout its probably on my top 3 list for favorite fish.
I like to try this. Was just there with no luck. Bunch of croakers and pin tearring up my bait. What time and or tide should I give this a go?
When I was there I was able to see the bottom pretty easy, therefore making it easier to see where to cast in the boulders without getting caught. Usually the fishing is the best during high tide, but fishing low tide, and being able to see where to cast without getting caught I think was pretty critical and helped me catch them.
nice, I've tried worms, but apparently I didnt bait it right. gonna try this
Definitely wanna use baitholder hooks that match the worm. Thread the worm on like a Ned rig.
When me and my brother were in Oregon we used small pink jig heads and thread on worms. It always got bit.
Nice bunch of sheepheaď. Great eating too. My mouth is watering just thinking about you cooking them up.
Nice video. After the shark the other night did you hear the music from the Jaws movie playing .😮😅
LOL
Awesome!😃
Use 3 side by side lol
Awesome job buddy!! Good luck with everything!
