Personally, before spending the big bucks I like to research and find out everything I can but for this Steam sauna, I only found 1 review that barely covered all the questions I had before buying. So I made my own unboxing/review to help answer most questions I see people posting on their video ads for this product.
Took me 1 week and a half to receive it after check out
(Im located in Toronto Canada)
In this video, I cover:
Do's and Dont's
How to use
Tips n Tricks
How to properly use the steamer
How to manage the steam after use
How to properly clean it after use
How to store it
How to maintain it for prolonged use and avoid any odd smells from forming.

The track layout was terrible and according to the locals, this event was the smallest outcome they have seen yet. So for me, I mainly just focused my time with Paul to aid with setting his car up for success and maximum seat time. The rain the second day just made the track like ice from everyone spinning out into mud pits and tracking all the mud onto the track... If you watch my spin out bef...

So tapping the head worked and passed the stress test but a new problem arose. We found that the AFRs were dipping sub 10.0s which is not good. Got an apexi tunner but only worked for so long... Ended up buying a link pnp is300 panic wire kit for the motor and chassis. Then hit the dyno for 343TQ 345WHP on 12 psi low boost.

This saved my life setting up this stupid thing 😂 Thanks!
Great review. Thank you for sharing!
It’s called thermometer! You keep calling it THERNOMITOR lol
Excellent review, thank you
How’s it going now ?
Awesome review my boy, ty
Mine didn’t come with the white steamer lol
Or remote lmao
got one myself and used it twice so far, works great. My boiler leaks from the bottom slowly, kind of like a dripping faucet, but it loses a good amount of water. does yours do that also. I think my full tank up to 3.0 liters will last about 45-50 minutes on level 9. great review
Thank you so much for this review! I wasn't sure if this was for us but after your videos, we are buying it! Love the tips and tricks!!
You sold me. Been using the dry sauna at my gym for years and wasn't sure about steam saunas after learning how much lower in temperature they are. After I finally tried out a steam sauna recently and learning that the lower temperature means nothing and it feels just as hot if not hotter than the high temperature of a dry sauna I've been looking into these. After your in depth review im all in. Especially with your 20% code. Thanks for the detailed review!
ah shit saw my dirty little z in the backround
Need a bigger chair lol
I just tried mine for the first time, then watched your review and adjusted my setup a bit. I'm going to try using the open pillbox next time, too (the first time I just had about a foot and a half of the hose going into the tent). I think the pillbox is also safer and will help keep you from burning yourself.
Thanks for doing these videos. I got one of these too. I can only stay in for 15 minutes as well. I’ll go back in for another 10 minutes. I’ve had the sauna for two weeks and will do 3-4 sessions a week. Overall it’s a good purchase. No clue how long it will last. Doesn’t seem like great quality.
The instructions on this thing were terrible, I was able to figure out enough through some deductive reasoning. To be fair, I’m sweating quite a bit now, so let’s see how it works out!
But Do These Products Produce Micro Plastics? Im Super Paranoid About That Now.
Nurecover has a part where they have tested these units for all that and that's also a reason why I choose the brand over non branded
Had it on for 30min at lvl 9 and get inside to little steam but nothing HOT , it was the first run so I ll just leave it on for hour and go in later :/
If you want hot hot, don't fill it up to 3.0. Fill to about 2l and let it run, also. I recommend you start it and get in before it steams up. 10 seconds of you trying to get in and zip it up. You lose all your heat and steam. I found that the most effective way to maintain high heat and steam
Did find a way to make it hotter? I've just set up mine and looking to see how I can get it 🥵
Watch my follow up, I honestly find it hot enough. Just don't set it up outside
Has anyone by chance figured out the best place to hang the battery pack that powers the red lights? (if you got that version) I’m no electrician, but I’m pretty sure the casing the batteries go into for the red lights is not water proof. Suggestions would be appreciated.
I find the red light a gimmick, it's a led with a battery pack, how much good could it actually do imo....
My boiler stopped working after the first use. Wtf
Hows customer service?
My steamer just stopped working after 4 months.
what about cleaning it? just wipe down the insides with wipes or something? Thanks ! PS- would be cool if you could pump freezing cold air into the pod as well!
Just a towel as its mostly water, and you could buy a portable ac unit but I think thats a recipe for a cold imo
Thank you for the in-depth review. The tips came in handy setting this up as the instructions that came with it were not great. I'm now using this at least 4 times a week and it's been an amazing purchase for it's value at this point. You mentioned a cooling option for the cold plunge at the end of the video. I'd be interested in the set up you have as it's about $15/week or so in ice to get the temp where I want it. Any chance of that video getting posted?
My tent doesn't have a small hole on the right side where your pass through is. I've been just putting the hose where the zipper is.
You should contact them and get a replacment
Just did thanks
It is hard to put into words the complete and utter disappointment and frustration with the recent purchase ($301.75) I made from your company, Nurecover. On 2/21/24 I ordered a sauna from your website, order number 214363. WE RECEIVED A USED SAUNA. It was evident that the sauna had been previously used, with signs of wear and tear present. As a conscientious consumer, I promptly referred to the return policy stated on your website, which clearly outlines a 90-day return window. Expecting a hassle-free return process, I followed the provided instructions to initiate a return for the defective product. To my surprise, I was informed that I would be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, despite the product being received in a condition contrary to what was promised. Reluctantly, I proceeded with the return process, incurring additional expenses that I had not budgeted for initially. We spent an EXTRA $104.70 to ship this used piece of filth back to the address provided by NURECOVER. Despite fulfilling all the requirements outlined in your return policy, I am dismayed to inform you that I have yet to receive a refund for my purchase. It is unacceptable that I am left out of pocket for a product that was not as described and for which I followed the proper procedures for return. I urge you to rectify this matter promptly by issuing a full refund for the purchase price of the sauna, as well as reimbursing me for the return shipping costs incurred due to your company's error. Failing to do so would not only constitute a breach of trust but also reflect poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter within the next 14 days. Should this issue not be addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through relevant consumer protection channels. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this situation promptly. The pictures you see below are as the product arrived. You can clearly see that the “steamer” component had old water residue on it and the floor mat had human debris on it. Absolutely disgusting. All phone calls went to an answering service that never returned the 6 messages we left in an attempt to talk to a human being. On a side note, all parts to this PREVIOUSLY USED NURECOVER SAUNA was a flimsy piece of garbage. I wouldn’t even pay $20 for it. DON”T BELIEVE THE ADS OR THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT, IT IS GARBAGE AND MOST LIKELY PREVIOUSLY USED AND RETURNED AND RE-SOLD!

Great reviews! Purchased one and started using this week. Very impressed at the steam produced by this little Chinese unit. It is legit. Use distilled water, open boiler and tent to dry out between uses. We are loving it. Well worth 300 bucks.😅
curious why you use distilled water?
I cant say im proud to say but i use tap water but i scrubbit out with a green srub and soap about everytime
Did your steamer get brownish spots on the bottom of it? I used distilled water and after my first time I checked the steamer and the water was a little brown inside and had brownish black spots on the bottom. Do you know anything about this?
I got a completely different steamer with mine and it doesn't even turn on lol . Interesting.
You are one of many im hearing this from, sorry you are in this unfortunate position. My friend received his in chunks as it seems to have landed right on the steamer during shipping. Contact the company with pictures. Go straight too the nurecover page, find the support and email support as they reply the quickest and I've had the best success with contact. Dont be shy to message more than once. I've sent 8 inquires 1 after another to get there attention. You paid for something so don't be shy to voice your opinion just be nice about, no one wants to be called names for something that's not directly related to them.
@@tdmotorsports9574 Yes, Sent a few messages now waiting on a response, I appreciate your in-depth review though. Love when I can find reviews that aren't paid for. Thank you!
These are a scam! Don't buy. I wasted $260 after watching this video and you cannot return for a refund. They don't get as hot as this guy says they do.
I've moved and set it up in the basement, which is much colder room temperature, and I thought i would have a problem. It still performed just as stated in the video. You may not be the only one as I've had other complaints where the heating units are faulty. Contact the company and get a warranty on the steamer or buy an Amazon one. Just to be clear, I'm a customer of the product like you, I made a video to fill a void I saw to help answer questions i had during my buying process. I have no association with the company, my first video shows all my doubt I had at first which was heat. That is odd that you say you can't get a refund? I bought this sauna assuming to return it if I was disappointed. Can I know more on your situation?
@@tdmotorsports9574 yeah I'm annoyed it's not hot. It barely gives off any steam. I don't think you intended to be misleading. I think you said you're from Canada so maybe your heat detector is lower than. I just wish I didn't waste the money and I watched a lot of videos and no one mentioned they aren't very hot. The refund policy (now that I read it) says it must be unused and I would have to pay shipping back. I originally saw the 90 day guarantee so I thought there was nothing to lose, that's the scam, plus it isn't hot it's just moist warm air. No hard feelings for my post I hope. I just think people watching should know before spending the money.
@EnchantedFlight you have it filled up to the 3 mark in the steamer and you let it heat up for 15-20 mins prior too? Take the cap off the white steam cup. Put the right number to 9 and let it heat. I can't bare stay in mine for longer than 30mins... I can't imagine it not getting hot enough unless u have a faulty unit or incorrect set up
@@tdmotorsports9574 I did all that. Let it heat up for over 30 minutes on level 9, I made sure all the connections were tight, no holes in the fabric and all the way zipped up. I sat on the little chair with my face pointing directly at the uncovered white steamer trying to get my body temp hot. The one thing I have noticed is the red steam generator light never goes on even though you can hear the water boiling and there is steam just not very hot.
@EnchantedFlight when you press thr power button you should hear a click, if you don't then your unit is faulty
These are a scam! Don't buy. I wasted $260 after watching this video and you cannot return for a refund. They don't get hot
Thanks for your review. I appreciate it as I am in the market for a sauna. My only question is, can you use it as a dry sauna or do you have to always use the steam? Thank you.
Its only steam. There is no heating element that can run dry. You could try a space heater inside the tent with the steamer off?
whats the heat range?
setting 1- setting 9
@@tdmotorsports9574 and the temp gets up to?
I can not figure out what the numbers mean on the pot? The instructions are awful and I have no idea what the buttons and numbers do
left 2 numbers are timer in 5 min intervals, right digit is heat setting
Did yours have a plastic/chemical smell for the first few uses?
Yes i did, i ran it empty for a full 1 hour, let it dry fully and then over time after each use the smell disappears. i dont have any smells anymore.
Put lemon grass in “chinese medicine”
Have you used the pill box for aromatherapy? I would love to see how that is used and how it works.
I just got mine... its great so far... Mine takes a good 20 to 30 min to get to a good temperature to go in but once I am in there for 15 to 20 min, I was sweating like crazy!! I also got a mesh fishing chair thats probably triple the size of the chair but it works and its comfortable since I am the only one in there. It def feels great and very happy with the purchase. Appreciate your video as it def helped set it up.
Will the steam set off the smoke alarm?
the steam should remain in the tent, so no.
Appreciate the review. Have you had any issues with the unit? Mine has an Er1 error code during use and when the error appears and you lift up the unit water runs out of the bottom of the thing, also got condensation in the digital display
No. Mines, surprisingly working like a Swiss clock. You should contact them for warranty claim imo
Yeah we have done not sure how far we will get Chinese based company and UK based customer but time will tell. Interestingly there are steam units available on amazon for £60 or less if we fail to get anywhere when trying to speak with them
@davidgrams8368 we have a 30 day return policy here at Amazon, I'd recommend you just order a different steamer while you are in discussion with them and then return on the 29th day and repeat cycle until you get a solid answer
This what you call a Reeview Great Job!
You must have bought a hose to attach to the lid hey? At 8:48 your hose on the outside is short and then longer after in the vid.. can you explain?
It comes with 2 hoses, 1 Short section and 1 long section.
The "pill bottle" should be used for aromatherapy pods or herbs.
Did you fill it with tap water? Or what kind of water?
Distilled water, Or i use water from my 7 stage ro filter. tap water is not advised...
@@tdmotorsports9574thanks buddy!
What about filtered tap water??
This was an excellent tutorial! The instructions weren’t very clear. My question for you is, when you’re done and the steamer has 3 red dashes(at least mine does) does that mean it’s cooling down ? When I hit the on and off button it turns back on? Can I unplug when I’m done?
Yes, That blinking is to indicate its hot and cooling down, you can unplug the steamer anytime with no worries.
How long did it take to ship?
about a week and a half to Canada
The dog is the REAL star here ❤❤❤❤❤
I just bought the Red-light therapy one and can't figure out how to properly install that tubing. Does anyone have a video on that?
Just installed mine , I put the remote in the pouch and then ran it up and around
just zip tie it to the upper poles. Dont use the included clips, they suck, mine fell down the first use.
Hey bro I also got one of these. I found level 3 is the perfect heating level to get great use out of it
totally agree, ive been testing it on every heat level every use and I find 3 perfect for extended uses. 5 really gets the sweat going
Great review
