You’re welcome! I didn’t test that today at the store, but I own their cinnamon beige cover which is similar to the olive (both are hard covers) and the cinnamon did not lay flat. I know a few people who’ve had to “train” their Weeks (with that hard cover) to lay flat but it took a long while to do that
Do you know how long the store will showcase the previews and if they are gonna sell them after September 1st?
At Hightide LA it was only until 6 pm today I believe. However there is another preview in Chinatown at Paper Plant Co from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM If I’m not mistaken they will sell as long as they are in stock. They do restock afterwards but if you miss out even then, I know there are tons of online shops who will also sell them like Jetpens, Amazon, Yoseka Stationery, Baum Kuchen, and Kinokuniya + more. Thank you so much for sharing! I used the hobonichi cousin last year, but simply wrote things in it and I didn't use all of the sections. Thanks to UA-cam, I've realized how personalized I can make it! You are also such a talented artists!
I tried using a Cousin last year too but it didn’t work out. It’s all about making the planner work for us 😊

I have only recently heard of the Hobonichi Cousin and I am now fighting to hold off until 2024 to jump into one as I've already got my current planner and journal going (not to mention the money I've already invested). Hey I support whatever planner decision you choose to go with 😂 But yes I’ve always thought how great of a one stop shop the Cousin is. It’s got a few notes pages in the back as well. I still need to figure out how I’d use those.. 🤔
