People need self awareness to improve themselves. If you don't call somebody fat, how do you want them to realize they need to lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle. If you 'reclaim' the word fat then all you'll be doing is making fat people who would've otherwise improved themselves to stay fat, they'll become more unhappy because they are more likely to have health issues and won't be attractive to majority of the population(let's be real, majority of the population likes leaner, fitter people). Fat should remain the way it is, this will allow people to be self aware and make healthy changes.

I love the fact you tryna inspire us.. but najda we just gotta be real fat acceptance is just a mere consolation.. it's not easy being fat and we barely benefit physically or psychologically from it and it could be health detoriarating.. but we should just avoid discrimination of fat people and accept them in our society and help them live a healthy life.. love your show keep going

*I was born big but as I grew up I was medium in size never was I obessed. But I was criticised, bullied, abused emotionally, by my siblings and relatives, that I should carry the most heavy things in order to loose weight because I was fat. I was abused by being given the most hardest jobs to do at home as I was always told I was fat. I was neglected, and one of my siblings told me that I resemble the shape of a fridge. I grew up hating myself I was corrupted my mind living knowing I'm not beautiful and I will never be accepted in this society. As I look myself in the mirror, and my childhood photos, I never saw any fat, or an ugly body, BUT WHY IM I BEING BULLIED TO BE FAT? ESPECIALLY BY MY OWN BLOOD RELATED PEOPLE? WHY OUTSIDER'S NEVER TOLD ME I WAS FAT? I always cried secretly and when I reached in my mid twenties I started to completely avoid food. I was anorexic, I became anaemic, I developed ulcers, feeling tired and drowsy and since then my life completely changed and I will never ever be the same again. I am still fighting ulcers.*
