TheDuttoni but so do Belgium. Belgium have such a good individual squad but can’t play as a team. England also arguably have one of their strongest squads and a lot of attacking threat so I don’t that they will draw to Tunisia and only beat Panama 1-0...
I don't think they both play well as a team but Belgium have much better players than England. England never perform when it matters and always struggle in the group stages. Look at the 2010 and 2016 tournaments. Against so called 'weaker nations' they fail to beat them.

I hear many people talk about the heat in Brazil. Let's not forget that in the southern hemisphere, the seasons are reversed. In other words, when it is summer in England and the USA, it is winter in Brazil. Too many people are forgetting this fact. But I agree with most of your picks. But it is difficult to pick England over Italy. I believe Chile has a great squad, but Netherlands' attack will be too much for them to handle.
