Hon'ble Judge is angry on University of Horticulture. Despite the Orders of the Hon'ble Court, Officer of Horticulture University did not provide employment to poor people in Horticulture and Extension center. Petitioners here were the workers in the Horticulture and Extension center and requested for Minimum Wages, the University Officers removed from work without providing the Minimum Wages. Hon'ble Judge stated that, His Lordship will refer the matter to Contempt Bench.
