I'm not Raul and I'm not certified to work on CCTV systems but, I've ran into something similar. I would suggest finding exactly where the beeping is coming from. When a PC has failing components or is misconfigured, the PC will sometimes beep an error code. Depending on the manufacturer of the motherboard, you should be able to determine the issue based on the number/pattern of beeps. If the beeping is coming from your PC, I highly recommend backing up your hard drive, replacing the failed components. But, if you want to be really safe, I suggest getting a new PC. Keep in mind, this is personal and not professional advice. I wish you the best of luck.
