I don't like any of the designs that come along with the machine. Thank goodness there are many free downloadable designs. The lettering does come out nicely, but you can also get fonts online for free to download.

the first time I spoke to a rep at JoAnn's where I purchased my machine, they said I should have gotten 2 hrs. free instructional. The second time I spoke to a different rep, they said it was a $50 charge.

@le0401 go to the singer website. they hold classess in different areas from time to time. it is a 2 day class and cost for the class is $150.00.

My machine is work well,, but they came out very poor, At first I thought I design is not clear , but I use there design build in , they came out very poor too , , so I think , I need take the class , But i got my machine online , so now I don't know where I will take a class at, If you know where , please let me know, I'm in Arizona. Thanks
