I stayed in Trishvam Tapovana and liked it. You can see some views in this video also and the food was excellent. However, the most preferred option is Rosetta By Frens it gets booked fast, the other option could be Regenta.

Yes that is the sad part even if roads are broken we have to pay hefty toll for that.

You can take the same route I took, only unknown would be the traffic situation near Karwar because one side of the bridge over river Kali got destroyed during the monsoon and they are diverting traffic on one side only. Apart from this route is good, do watch for random potholes as roads are yet to be laid again post the rainy season. My recommendation would be to start early anytime between 5-6 AM should be fine, if you do this you can enjoy sunset in Goa. Happy journey.

After the Kali river bridge fell down a couple of months ago I am not sure how the traffic is diverted on the single carriageway however, if you are going to the Southern tip of Goa such as Palolem you can follow the same route which I took in this video. Just take care of the potholes In the Yellapur ghat stretch. If you are going to central part e.g. Benaulim you can take the Anmod ghat road, I took this road 2 months back during peak monsoon, it was fine except few patches, drive slow and you should be fine. Basically you need to go towards Ramnagar then take the Anmod ghat, Doodhsagar road till Ponda and then proceed towards your destination.

I went to Ooty in March 2024 at that time no one stopped my car it is HR registered, I am not sure of the latest rules but a quick check doesn't show up anything like that.

It was in bad condition earlier + Monsoon would have played its part in road deterioration so if you have a choice better to avoid.

If the onward route was fine and you are returning from South Goa only please follow the same route. The Anmod ghat route will be longer and can take more time so you can avoid it.

What is your start and end point? At 30 min 44 sec you can see for me it was 628.9 Kms.

From Electronic City nice road is the starting point and condolim beach is the end point going with family and my car is swift dizire 9 year old 😀 so please suggest which road should I have to take

Video Setup: - DJI Action cam to record the windscreen shots + DJI Mic 2 - iPhone 14 Pro for others + Boya Wireless Mic (Audio quality of this mic is not so good however for UA-cam beginners like myself it serves the purpose, I bought it after I received lot of comments about poor audio quality in my earlier videos ) To stick cam to the windshield I bought a Suction mount for action cam, it is light weight and serving the purpose for now.

@@NH-2-NH If you have still not returned and have time at hand then from Goa go to kolhapur via Anuskura ghat to join the NH48. You will see wind mills on the top of the hills and the road itself is onthe ridge line giving you a feeling of driving on the top of the hills overlooking the valley. there is a reservoir also there of the vagothan. This place will give you the feel of the beas river in Himachal.

I do remember you there are hardly any comments on my videos :). If you are going towards North Goa the overall distance from the point you exit and lets say Candolim in Goa is around 160 Kms. You can divide this section into 3 parts The first 50 - 60 Kms while going to Goa absolutely fine you can take it anytime good roads. The last 60 Kms after Mollem police check post are also very good, that leaves us with around 40 Kms. In these 40 Kms you will find patchy roads for 5-10 Kms so you need to be careful. Keep the speeds slow, it is not as if the whole 40 Kms is bad some sections are bad. If you have a sedan or a low ground clearance car you just need to be extra careful. Also, leave Bangalore early so that you can cross this section during the day time. I took this road on 22 July so this is as latest update I can give. If you watch my Goa to Bangalore video I have taken the same route the bad patch sections are still there plus a few more due to monsoon. Leave your worries aside it is definitely doable.

Hello, Hope you're doing well. Just came back from goa and it is exactly the same situation of the road as you mentioned. Few kms before Molem were very patchy. Also NH48 is going through a lot of work here and there for patches. Had to make few diversions. Otherwise, it was a fun and scenic drive. However, weather in Goa was hotter than expected. So, could not do much in terms of sightseeing.
