It amazes me these.guys were riding these bikes like.this.powerful motors models for frames sponges for suspension.If the old pros had the bikes of today back then.Who knows where the sport could be now.

Wrong about Kent SSC. If it was halnaker chalk pit it has to be Horsham SSC, but Kent did have a similar track called peters pit from memory. Still good to see and I remember racing at the Fleet track on that day.

The last time I raced was at Langrish about 12 yrs ago ! Great video brought back all the memories ..... Oh yea I crashed :-) but still finished the day , just about to start racing again to get the young lad interested .... Any excuse to get back on the bike :-)

Great to look back, I remember racing at Halnaker in the 70's on a Triumph Tiger Cub, then on a new 125 Bultaco. Mk7... My number was 266 H.S.S.C mk7

Great recovery from the drop at the start! Just a shame about the second half of the video playing up - it was a good race too! You would have won it, if you got the holeshot. Tidy riding though, well done.

@sendall100 we missed the beach race in 2010 what was the new start was it staggered i thought the guy in this vid was late for the start lol

This was the first race of the over 35's on Modern bikes Sunday. Great fun on a fantastic track.

Great to see a birds eye view of this fantastic track. I raced here last year in the 'workers' races. What an experience. Was this race on the Sun with the twinshocks ? Thanks for sharing .
