Knitting my first pair of socks!! (it went better than I expected)
Come knit my first ever pair of socks with me! These socks have seen it all from broken down cars to theme parks and I loved every minute of making them. The pattern by Crazy Sock Lady (Vanilla socks magic loop) is so easy to follow and making these socks is a fantastic way to learn some new techniques you might have always been too scared to try!

So glad to find another aussie crocheter! Just wondering, but how long did it take for your order to arrive if you remember? I just made two orders two days apart (one is a gift from my mum, one is for myself) and i feel like im in a constant state of waiting lol!
Yes! I feel like us Aussies are so hard to find on social media/ UA-cam etc haha! I just had a look it took 18 days to arrive at my house 🏡 I also ordered on the 26th of November so I imagine they would of had some delays due to Black Friday sales and being so close to Christmas time. I would love to see what you make/ what yarn you use !

I’m taking notes on the yarn you use. I’m nervous about my move to Australia (eventually) because the yarn 😅 I went to spotlight when I visited at the end of 2023 and got some yarn there but didn’t get to really try a bunch out.
That's so exciting you're moving to Australia! I definitely have brands or specific yarns I stick to but I'm glad to help you with some recommendations!
You should not be embarrassed about matching the top and the bottle-holder. They are awesome, and you should be really proud of them both. I guess she really liked it and probably would like to have them herself. Keep up the good work :-) Love both of these items. The sheep-hat is also really cool. I have not made any tapestry-items yet, - that will be one of my next "trys". I also love the colors and pattern of the last one, - the Colosseum...
