Picking up a pair on Thursday 👍
Good choice my friend you won't be dissapointed I have just under 100km on mine and super happy with the ride...firmish but you feel the cush and great protection, feels great at and pace slow or fast...and stability is outstanding...Asics nailed this one.....happy running
👍🙂
Def agree with you on the SL2 shoe of the year! I recently returned my EVO’s because I just loved the ride of the SL2’s for my personal gait!
Thanks for watch and comment yep we all run so different and each shoe works so differently that's why we need to take youtubers opinions as individual..I have Purchased so many shoes that straight out the box was so dissapointed, last one's was NB Elite V4 just didn't work for me and super expensive but the Adidas SL2 after 100 steps i new for me they were banging...it makes u feel so happy when something works well..550k deep I still like them...😁 Happy running 🙃😁
👍🙂
Good video 👍😊💪 It's always fun to see how different We runners are. I still run in my nimbus 25. and love them. Have several pairs. They work really well for me even at high speeds. But I also weigh a bit more than you do. It's far from all shoes I can wear for many hours. But this exact model I can do it with. Regarding carbon shoes. Then I've never had problems with injuries. But I always make sure to run in many different models that are very different from each other. so I'm not straining my foot and body in the same way for a long period.
It's definitely mechanics I believe, it's interesting how different we all are as runners.i generally go off feel with running shoes to me u can just feel what wor k s and doesn't for you... Thanks my friend 😁
@JRuns5987 The most important thing is to be true to yourself and choose the shoes that work for you no matter what others say and think. no one knows your body better than you. Just keep making videos 👍😊 my friend. Eventually you will get more followers. It's like running if you keep going long enough you will get in good shape
@JS-Treadmill-Running thankyou for your kind words and encouragement, like you I just love out sport and even though I don't have lots of shoes I think about them all the time..🤣🤣 Waiting on the pro 4 that I ordered yesterday and also I needed a new daily so finally got the superblast 2. I have a marathon in April so start my 16 weeks block next week...

Great review!
Thanks want to keep it honest and real, it's a nice smooth shoe but durability is questionable...😁
Just keep going and your channel will grow big 👍😊 for me a daily trainer has to be the most fun shoe. 80% of all my runs are in carbon shoes. Not because of the carbon plate but because of the midsole material. and their weight. I am really looking forward to trying the Evo Sl. because on paper it is a perfect shoe for me. but it is not sure it is in reality.
@@JS-Treadmill-Running interesting I wore carbon way to much and in Jan this year got a stress fracture in my second toe..my podiatrist thinks it was from excessive carbon usage..I now try only to wear carbon racing, Training I'll only wear non plated shoes or a tpu plated shoe.. Carbon I do like but can be very aggressive my fav is metaspeed but very aggressive. You will like the evo as it's got very aggressive rocker and great foam built for speed not slow pace..
@@JS-Treadmill-Running and in my opinion Evo defo not perfect shoe it's good but u have EVO it won't match to that shoe.... Thankyou for your replies and talking to me...I'm jay by the way..😁
@@JRuns5987 👍😊I have never had any problems with any carbon shoes. Well maybe a little with the mizuno wave rebellion pro. That's what I always make sure of is never to run in the same pair two days in a row. My claim is that people who get sore from running in certain shoes are because they run in the same pair all the time. or shoes that are incredibly similar to each other. if you want to avoid injuries. the best thing you can do is run on varied surfaces with different shoes plus strength training. It's not based on any science. It's just my experience
@@JRuns5987I always like to discuss with someone who shares the same interest. And You seem like a good guy. It will be exciting to follow your journey on your new channel 👍🙂
