    Can the fillets be frozen once I've got them and if so how should I wrap them before freezing?

    Received my Day box this morning Very impressed. Mussels for tonight can’t wait, wine at the ready. Next time I am going to have filleted though. Eek. It will take me too long, I did behead them before I froze them and would definitely recommend.

    Great, had a fantastic box last week. The mussels were the best. 4 mins with 50ml of white wine. Yum!
