Speaking of berries. A little tip when you have a cold. I usually buy a package of frozen mixed berries of 225 grams. Blueberries and raspberries. I eat the berries frozen, it helps a little against the cold but remember that your mouth and lips look very funny after you have chewed the blueberries. Before I go to bed, I pour out half the package in a deep plate, eat the frozen berries so that the body can work off the cold while I sleep.

Mexican Mazapan is my favorite, it is actually just dry ground peanut mixed with honey. Of course whatever additives to make it perfect but its actually just peanuts and honey.
