Hello, My version 2 with the latest update from JAN 2017 still is like a pre-production model. It's a shame some compagnies mislead people by selling thing that do not work and no way to give them back. Latest app firmware that does just a little more than the first is S6A70301 Try that. You need to first connect the WiFi of your phone to the Wingsland S6, THEN start up the App. The WiFi may not appear immediately, it can take 30 seconds before the WiFi SSID is visible to your phone.

You might try making sure that you are connected to the S6 WiFi before opening the app.
