This channel was created to take you along with me as I grow my junk removal business, and provide for my growing family!
What's the Best Truck for Junk Removal?
What's the best truck for Junk Removal? Well, I'll give you a hint, it's not my 2009 Ford F-250 6.4L. The truck is notorious for having lots of expensive issues. It can pull a dump trailer pretty well though. In this video I'll answer the question of, what's the best Junk Removal Truck?

The first job was pretty nasty, lots of fleas and some roaches too. Junk Removal can be kinda nasty sometimes, but the profit is almost always worth it!
i thought the embarrassing moment was throwing the copper spool out for tin but it was dumping in the wrong spot lol but make sure you separate all metals and will make a lot more!!! and thats a good price for the cleanout for sure!!
Did I for real throw a copper spool out?? I guess you’re probably talking about the orange wire on the spool. I didn’t even think of that 😂 I’m definitely a scrapping casual. Do you strip that and then take it for clean copper?
@@JunkRemovalJourney hey man. You can strip but don’t need too..can just take in the cord like that..cut all cords off everything it ads up quick!
Okay cool! I’ll start doing that
Hello there I'm new to your channel here to support you if you have any questions I can help I also do junk removal
Hey Eduardo! Thanks so much for checking out the channel! How long have you been doing junk removal and where do you service?
@JunkRemovalJourney I'm been doing for 2 years and I live in Lakeland Florida so I service center Florida what about you?
I'm rocking a 2017 Silverado 2500 6.0. Reliable, easy to work on pushrod gas engine and mine in particular can tow 14500 off the bumper. Great informative video!
Yeah I’m actually super jealous of the gas engine. I’m kinda sick of dealing with diesel lol. How many miles do you have on it?
@JunkRemovalJourney bought it with 220k but the trans was just rebuilt and the torque converter was replaced. Which is the only issue with these trucks. And the engine is still running great
I found your Channel through a UA-cam search. I visited your channel and watched some videos; the content is very impressive. However, due to video optimization problems with your channel, the videos are not getting viral views, likes, and comments. Your issues need to be fixed very soon.
How soon doctor? Is it terminal?
The wooden furniture looked nice! If you have the time, try and look into restoring them or selling them off
That’s what I always try to do if I can, but sometimes like in these scenarios, the wood furniture is really rotted from being in a room without insulation for that long
Good work! Video Quality and audio were spot on. Loved the speed up clips. Looking forward to more. I subscribed for sure
Thanks!! I’m glad to have you along for the journey 😎
Im the guy who comes and fixes everything once its been cleaned out... i always wished i could help clean cause ive found some cool garbage! By best items found so far is a cheap bass guitar and a silver necklace.. luckily no fleas yet!
If you do this for much time you’ll definitely come across some fleas 😂 I’ve found that the more things you can do, the more opportunities for business you can have. If you can be a handyman with a trailer or dump trailer you can land some extra business for sure
They heard your price and went yea they are calling non scammers to dispose of their stuff.
Do you do junk removal?
when you have a truck trailer workers and fees at the dump things add up. Why dont you stick to commenting on stuff you dont know about and let the real men work.
I run my own Trash Removal Service in a small town in Maine with a 2 1/2 yard dump on a 1 ton 3500 Chevy . thats crazy how much you can make in your area. Those matresses would have costed me $40 for disposal and the rest i could have bagged for like $10 obviously i can comput my gas not knowing but i would have charged maybe $125 for the first job second job would have been 100 bucks i agree 3rd job would have been like 50 bucks . We have a transfer station rather than a landfill like you guys. For demo like wood shingles automotives parts siding etc its $35 per yard for disposal and $2.50 per bag unless you buy town bags I get why you have to charge so much because you paying alot at the landfill im not judging just interesting to compare differences . Good luck in the future i currently have around 200 weekly customers i service for household trash
Hey thanks for sharing!! So you do like weekly trash pickup? How do you get into something like that and how have you acquired all those customers? I know y’all’s dump fees are a lot higher than ours, or maybe I’m thinking of another area
@@JunkRemovalJourney Hey man id be glad to give better advice through emails and explain how i did this. But to give brief explanation there was another company in my area that closed because the gentleman who owned it was struck by a vehicle while doing the job. Before i explain my technique for advertisement and such ill explain the service i provide. It is very simple in my area we have a local transfer station for our town only. The town requires that you buy purple trash bags with the towns name on them to dispose of the trash. If they trash is not in said bags then there is a fee i pay per bag when i unload. So with that said all my customers provide there own town bags and they simply set the trash out Fridays and Saturdays when i do my route. I charge $5 per stop and generally speaking have very little expenses when i unload. I was able to acquire so many customers that quick because the other business just shut down leaving hundreds of people with out any trash removal service. Id be willing to talk more if you are interested dextmorgan56@gmail.com shoot me a email. There is tons of money to be made in the trash world i also do clean up jobs like you but like i said we have different fees at our dump so i have to do different quotes.
1400.00 would fair
That’s what we ended up actually doing the job for haha! I posted the video of doing the actual job too
@JunkRemovalJourney That's good you do jobs for a fair rate.
I try my best!
Mate -- You are living proof that The Three Stooges have kids
Wow 😂 Which stooge do I most favor? I have a theory, but I want to hear your opinion
Wow this is a great business! Great job Sam! 👏🏼
Glad you think so! God bless! 🙏🏻
If you separate your scrap, you can make more. If nothing else cut the cords off of appliances and sell those separate. It pays more. Also separate all copper, brass and aluminum as you come across it. I've been scrapping for years, and it makes a big difference. Good luck to you and your business. Take Care.
Hey man! I appreciate the advice! I really need to look up my local scrap yard's pricing sheet to see what different things i can be separating and collecting. I just got some really big barrels to start storing stuff in, so I'll start that soon!
@@JunkRemovalJourney It will add up fast and add to your profits.
I’m gonna start doing that then
whats up scrapping4aDart!!!!
@@DumpsterMarcus What's up Marcus!!!
The guy who hit his head seems like a real moron.
Don't judge the recliner in the closet lmfao. I had a whole sectional in mine 🤣
@@tsxKwizLok That’s a serious flex 😂 you had a whole living room in your closet lol
@JunkRemovalJourney what's really funny is some junk removal guys also had to wiggle that out of there when I left 😂
I'm here for the journey! Excited to see the upcoming videos 💯
Glad to hear it!! Thanks for watching and for the encouragement!
