At some point we must truthfully recognize that amyone and I do nean anyone who desires to be a cop has some degree of being unstable. It not about keeping the community safe. Carrying a gun and badge is appealing to those people who are either mentally weak and or physically weak. Cops are Odd personalities who are seeking authority and status. It appeals to people who are generally unpopular. If you notice 99 percent of all cops have a weird demeanors. It is status they seek. Look at the average cop. Could you see them as a supermarket manager. Could you see them managing a McDonald's. Could you see them in a regular everday kind of job. No. The seek the job for the huge pay and they get to carry a gun. To boss and strong arm black people. Who really wants a job in a inner city war zone. Why would a white man want to be in the hood at all. He knows that black lives are not valued. And he can kill you and get away with it. They make it an easy job and great pay. They are drawn to it. A lot of these white dudes have no background of being around black people. Blacks dont live in their neigborhoods, attend their churches. Attend their schools. They have no black experience or reference. The see us as low life. Come to black areas and slaughter blacks with the greatest of ease.
