I purchased the wallet after mine was stolen while on vacation with my family. They still haven't shipped it or responded to any method of communication or even to the bbb after I filled my complaint. I have had to resort to disputing the charge with my bank so hopefully I will get my almost $150 back within 45 business days. Stay away from this company they are a total scam.

It is not clear how you transition from writing with the pen to using the pen as a self-defense tool. I would think that the ballpoint pen point would not hold up under the impact of a strike. Also, I have ruined a number of shirts by putting an "unsheathed" pen in my shirt pocket and having the pen bleed on to the fabric. It was not clear how this pen prevents this problem.

Its a good company William Penn, but the online website purchase is chaotic, you buy a pen it doesn't show up in your account, tracking the order is an issue thus leads to insecurity of the purchase. After Covid everything has moved into a digital purchase, thus the company should focus on building the purchase experience flawless. If you buy a product from the store directly, there is no problem.

It touched my heart !!!! this video deserve more likes and comments. !!!!!!! About william penn cochin: It is a good shopping place in cochin for penlovers. I want this shop to continue for ever. ( the reason I am saying this because , other pen brand shops are moving away from Cochin due to covid issues and Mall expenses which they can't afford)
