Ctronics seems not to care about their clients, really nice cameras but trash app which makes the camera useless , i returned mine after 1 day , zoom too slow, 4k with 10 FPS that can't be changed at all in a scale of 1 to 25 , auto track useless, shame

Movement is NOTHING like that shown in the video. First stream - a pathetic 4fps, and a bit-rate 256 out of a possible 6144 that CANNOT be changed in the Ctronics Pro app.

I bought it , and I switched all alarms.. and still the light (blue & red) is flashing. And the only was the solution is to deactivate the light itself, so if you want to enable the alarms then you will not have a light flashing !!!

How do I connect it to the power? Does it come with a power line and if so, how many volts is it?

Why do you have no videos on specific camera's??? I have purchased the ctronics ctipc-680c-p2, and they are NOT intuitive to setup at all. Even once they are finally setup, the user manuals are horrible. Trying to figure out the features and how to work them is clunky and less than satisfying that I might be missing many uses and how to implement them. Your tech support is some dude in Asia, who we can barely hear, and where by communicating is very difficult. Why do you not have videos of the specific camera's, for all of your camera lines??? These camera's need more than a one minute advert. There needs to be full review and setup videos. Otherwise, I might be sending these cameras back...
