So I don’t have a lot of time for the gym but I did work out before I got depressed. Now I’m coming out of that sadness and I want to to invest in myself to get a better body. I don’t want to do it long term as it is only 40lbs - it’s not a lot compared to other folks. So I’m thinking like 4-5months and I should be back at my regular happy weight.
