ek ye bhi video bnao bhai, jaise kai baar hum ek nayi exercise try kartein hian GYM me aur bhaut se log tumhe bolte hai ki ye koi exercise nahi hai. Ya fir durse he ghurte rehte hain, aur apne buddy ya group k sath mazze/ hasne lagg jate h. toh ye sab pe kaise dhyan na dein. Ya fir vo puche toh kis tareke se unko samjhayein!?
Agar apko exercise ke baare mai full knowledge hai tabhi usko krenge na ? Toh dusra kon kya keh raha hai usse koi farak nhi padhta, jab tak nayi cheeze try nhi kroge tab tak kaise explore kr paoge. Bs baat itni hai ki jo bhi aap kar rahe ho uske baare mai knowledge rakho.
