That helped me. I have put alot on myself this month between work and other things. But i believe stress is temporary. Sometimes u have to go thru stress to unlock a better part of ur life and to gain experience. Much like a game. The hard and stressful levels usually allow u to unlock hard to get items in game, life can be similar but better in that way. 🙃

Unfortunately, this version of me makes me depressed and burnt out. Trained daily, ate well, good sleep schedule, yoga, meditation. 9 months in I burnt out.

I would be super succesful but unhappy, life is more than money and cars.

I’m not training to be a fighter and I don’t think life should be about who has more money, I just try to make connections and have a good time with the people I care about I don’t need to be the top G to be happy, I do think hard work and work ethic is great but when you don’t have time for anything but work what’s the point of life other than work? I just find that to be pointless. Anyone agree?
