Dear Kayla, all your crochet garments look so good it makes me want to crochet more! I got a large ball winder. It will wind a red heart super saver jumbo skeins with no problem.

My swift turns all by it's self freely like I have to stop it I suggest you see if you have the swift set up write look on line were their directions I never have to touch mine once it is set up except to stop it if I hit a tangle.

Is there a way to loosen the swift so it turns mire easily?

Kayla, there's an inside and an outside strand. You may have to rotate the hank on the swift to get the outer strand released
