It is your responsibility as a biker to follow bike laws, and while I do agree that the car should not have been on the sidewalk, neither should you. You ALSO should actually SLOW DOWN earlier and more. You almost hit him, and I can assure you, that would not have been on him, that would have been on you.

No, it's a breakdown lane and the law is for the cyclist to stay on the paved road and not the sidewalk, and for drivers to stay behind the cyclist and pass when safe with no less than 3 feet of berth between them and the cyclist
@iepineapple I mean yes there are tons of roads with no bike lanes where this applies. You aren't supposed to ride on the sidewalk. But I'm from Ohio and we have plenty of main roads with bike lanes. This looks no different.

I bought the street performer and I love it! I bought a 26 pro series for my 10 year old and he loves it. We had to replace crank bearings on the pro 26 pro series cause the crank was making noise!
