You can access this area while on or after the Main Story quest - The Ritual

The last page should be locked behind the quest from Giacomo Altoviti - Closing Cost. The quest starts from the NPC in the Western section of Weaver's Fen, and he will send you to several different zones. Once you've completed those quests, the journal page should be able to be acquired.

@@bhaveshnowhere I would recommend submitting a bug report in game, and I can also submit one as well to help give visibility to the issue.

We're currently in the process of remaking the journal entry guides due to the massive changes to starter zones. Monarch's Bluffs was one of the zones that was changed the most, and it's on the top of our priority list to fix these!

That page is not there for one of my characters that hasn't done any quests in the zone. There is a possibility that it's unlocked by completing a quest in the zone, or it was mistakenly removed in a patch. I would recommend submitting a bug report if you've completed all of the quests in Ebonscale Reach. Currently remaking quite a few of these guides, and will post an updated video when I get to this zone. Thank you for letting us know!

A lot of pages in Monarch's Bluffs were moved - We'll work on getting updated videos up as soon as possible, sorry for the confusion!

You are correct - We had thought about adding both locations, but ended up deciding on a single zone for main story journals.

I'm not sure about the armor scraps, but the video was created to document the exact locations of journal pages. 😄😄

I would recommend filling out a bug report, but this is an issue we've experienced since the launch of the game.

It was part of the plan once they added all of the missing pages. As far as I can tell, journals pages are on the back burner, and they are only focused on adding new content instead of bug fixing previous issues. We'll keep an eye on the patch notes for when everything is fixed.

It can very well be best to sell runes straight to the trading post depending on what the market might look like on a particular server. Thank you for adding your comment, if everyone adopted the methods in the video, some of these things may no longer be profitable!

That can certainly be the case sometimes, but players may not buy your things due to a number of factors. There could be too much competition on a particular server, maybe the base goods have flooded the market, or demand could be low due to the lack of new players needing an item. All of these things should be taken into consideration when playing with any market, and there will always be an associated risk.

Page 1 of that section has been missing since the start of the game, and I only released completed journals. I haven't checked back in a few weeks for it, but they could have added it recently? It always seemed that this content was low on their priority list.
