Hi Dr Greening. My name is Daniel Mendes Netto. I am currently doing my PhD at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of São Paulo (FMVZ-USP). I am a veterinary acupuncturist, certified in veterinary acupuncture by the Brazilian Association of Veterinary Acupuncture (ABRAVET) since 2016; I am certified in Veterinary Acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture SOciety (IVAS-USA) since 2014; I am also certified in Bioenergetic Acupuncture by CEMETC - Spain since 2017; and more recently I received my certification in Balance Acupuncture by Chi University - USA. I will do my experimental work with horses that have sleep disorders and I will check if acupuncture, when done twice a week, for 4 weeks in a row, interferes with sleep patterns by monitoring cameras in the stalls, controlling heart rate and also dosing cortisol salivary. I would really appreciate it if you could guide me, or at least help me with the best experimental model I could do in this study of mine that I intend to start the practical part in September 2023, ending in August 2024. Please, could you help me with elaboration of the best experimental design in order to assess whether acupuncture has effects (and what effects) and for how long? For the experimental part, I will use horses that had their sleep pattern previously evaluated, which belong to the military police force, and I will also use horses from breeders. hello! i am using boris for a project and I am not sure how to use the geometric mesuares, already read the user guide but it is very confusing, can i get a tutorial about it? or at least sometone i can ask my questions ?

Thank you for the video, it was really clear. However I got a question : does the feature "scan at every time sample" exist when we're on "media mode" (e.g. make the video stop at every 5s) ? I can't find it... Thank you for the response !

Thank you Christian! Your research confirms what I as a goat herder experience when training my herd. There are many factors I use in determining when a herd member is "prime" for training, and or development of their leading attributes, or needs reinforcement. Pointing, voice tone, facial expressions, and even if I have something in my hand , all plays a part in their responses. Whether they are in heat or in rut, being bullied, needing affirmation, not feeling well, etc. I find consistent commands with familiar words is of the upmost importance. They learn a new routine within 48 hours of it being changed. I look forward to more of your work.
