Sadly, people like you is what many company called "outsourcing". So instead hiring the local developer in their country, they hire people like you as a "cheap labour" to meet their deadlines and reduce the cost in the company And people in that particular country, mainly recent graduates, becomes jobless

Outsourcing also applies in the same country work place situation, many big companies used to do this, its nothing new, its not remote workers fault also
