The crane leather automatic nesting system supports the extraction of the contour of the dermis. This system supports the use of contour extraction based on image recognition technology, this software includes leather shooting, camera lens calibration, dermal contour extraction, pattern introduction, increasing pattern size teeth, multi-pattern mixed intelligent nest, single-pattern intelligent nest, and other functions.
At present, the software has been applied in several real leather industries, such as leather shoes, bags, clothing, sofas, gloves, and others.
When we export PLT, we can set the cutting volume for cutting tools: set the over-cut angle according to the setting angle, and set the advance cut volume and the lag over-cut volume to adapt to the circular or oblique tool.
In the software, the control module of Canon DSLR has been integrated. Now, we can directly take the photo of the dermis in this layout software, and insert it into the software automatically.
