im using RS 3.5.21, seems like it cant load it into my shader node

Actually it do the job for organic surfaces but fail for flat ones. Thin Film shader in Cinema 4D can map the reflection colors quite good, not perfect but aceptable.
Beautiful effect! Would love to get this working in Redshift for 3ds Max. Is there a way to view the nodes to replicate the setup without having C4D?

Impossible to add RS Thin Film from X-Pool to Node Editor with Redshift 3.5
You need to uncheck "Node Material for Presets" (Edit > Preferences > Renderer > RedShift > General > Node Material for Presets). Then when you create a new RS Standart material, the Shader Graph will open and you can import XPresso pool RS Thin Film there.
Hi, thank you for this great preset and tutorial! I have a problem installing it on my C4D R26. I can put it into xpresso node but don't know how to export this preset to the redshift node editor to make it a part of the chain. Does anyone has solution?

He explains it in the tutorial. Shift+C search for Xpresso and click Edit click Load and drag the file there
