Asheboro NC Kill Pen Rescue Team
Приєднався 23 чер 2019
This volunteer led group is sponsored by a nonprofit horse rescue that believes every horse deserves a second chance no matter where they have ended up. Second Chance Stables Inc has volunteered at this kill pen for a couple years and they are now leading this group to help half of the horses at Gary Luck’s kill pen in Asheboro NC. These animals have ended up in one of the worst kill pens in the country and without volunteer intervention to find them homes they will ship to slaughter. The slaughter pipeline is a horrific experience for horses and no way to die for an animal who has sacrificed their lives serving humans. We are the voice for the voiceless. Please help us spread awareness of these animals so they can find homes before it’s too late.

RESCUED💕💙 A Dash of Southern Comfort
Is she still available??
How much
Nice mare. Gaited. Calm and willing.
Beautiful pony bareback riding
Super donkey bareback riding
What a beautiful horse and so graceful thanks for helping him
Sweet pair. Just need out of there and to bond with someone.
Irritating to watch every horse over and under whipped. Just let her do her thing. This is a slow gaited horse. Not everyone is out to win a race. Just makes the horses look nuts with all the whipping.
She is beautiful. Thank you . Why is there never many comments?

Bless her little heart..26 yrs and she looks great..Curious to know her story..why would they sell her at that age..Sad.
Poor thing is scared out of her mind. Needs a gentle hand, plenty of calm ground school and a restart. Good heavens, a diamond in the rough.
Good patient girl. Too smart to run in slippery mud.
He is so cute and sweet!
Hi, we're looking for another Donkey!!!
Look at the Facebook page. There are 3 available
Such a cutie pie!❤🐎
Thats gonna be my horse!
Get off him ffs
❤
Gaited! Cool!
Hope this sweet horse finds a wonderful new home ASAP!❤🐎
Something about him speaks to me...yes he has traveled some rough roads in his life, through no fault of his own ..but he's still a wonderful horse and he deserves to have a wonderful new home where he is loved and cherished. Many thanks to his rescuers for saving him and all of the other horses you have rescued as well. If people are interested in buying him, who do they contact, and what is the process involved with buying him if they are possibly interested in doing so. 🐎❤️
Beautiful boy
That is a real sweet horse, and smart. Won't take long for her to get it right.
With a little more weight she'll be gorgeous. She may have been a driving horse. Interesting to know if she was.
Nice.
He looks pretty good, someone put some training into him.
Cute pony, but the rider is too big for it.
Beautiful ❤
Poor buddy😕
She’s pretty, love her coloring.
The Amish seem to use, abuse and throw away their horses. Don’t have a lot of respect for them…
Pretty boy thin though, hope he finds a good home.
Slide at 2:16 started limping ...
How Old Is She?
Rhetorical question, but why do Amish horses always look so bad?? This guy is a registered standardbred, how'd he end up here, poor boy.
Do you know about how old he might be ❤
He’s a senior 20+
Where are the comment's hardly ever any? Thanks fir all you do.
Nice horse. Well built just needs riding.
Hardly ever many comment's wonder why.
Thank you beautiful.
It would be cool to get update videos on some of these horses, see how they are after a recovery period with better feed, hoof trims, medical treatment.
This one moves pretty nice. Not seeing any obvious issues beyond the superficial face cut and some old scars, plus slightly overgrown hooves.
Something looks off with the hind left leg when it's moving. Hope this horse got a full medical check-up after purchase.
how old is he?
If the horse wasn't that healthy to ride then whhy do I see someone riding her around the yard area back and forth? I thought you where there to help horses
She was fine when we rode her. She got sick and struggled walking through the mud in the kill pen for 3 weeks after that.
She's beautiful
Fantastic horse and good job with the video and showing her personality.
Hes adorable..Love Standardbreds.
So pretty
Shes a real nice horse.
They need love.
