Very cool. But I'm not sure how to feel about this view of the city anymore. Pre covid to post covid so much has changed. So many businesses gone now, replaced. People gone or no longer working or working the same jobs. The city is different now. I'm sure it's still beautiful at night but it will be a while before it feels like home again...if ever

I just flew to this airport a couple months ago! KVUO is challenging as it’s so close to KPDX and has the special flight rules airspace and a tight pattern due to the terrain so it was good training for me on my first cross country with my instructor!

Congratulations. I remember my first solo and first time I took up a passenger when I was licensed. The one that stands out most was my first actual IFR flight. I was given my Clearence to initial approach fix. I just went hmmm

Very inspiring. It's good to see African American men in Aviation. Tuskegee Airmen were brave pilots in world war 2. And inspired lots of men of color in Aviation. Louis Freeman was a fantastic Commercial Airline Chief Pilot. So any and all men of color or any young men of all races. Aviation is a fantastic field to learn about.

What they tell us on TV is not the reality? Well only a small sliver upon which they typically heap a huge stinking pile of BS ( fabrications, misrepresentations, misinterpretations). We call it garbage for the gullible. But as for me i love aviation videos, have a Seneca 2 which is a lot of fun, and i am looking fwd hopefully soon to visiting Africa starting probably with South Africa.
