My husband is actually the one who drinks the Cran Grape/Cranberry drinks and has been very adamant about not having any zero drinks. He's tried to get me to stop drinking Coke Zero for some time now....and....yeah....not happening! 😜

I've noticed that every time I go a couple weeks without soda and then I have one again, the taste is completely different. Unpleasant even. I am drinking Coke Zero again, just much more in moderation and I'm also purposely not buying as much. Every little bit of effort goes a long way in the end!😉

@BrendaJBarNett Wow.....see?!!!! I knew it! I knew I couldn't have possibly been the only one who had to deal with a two year holiday EggNog withdrawal! 😳 Not this year my friend! As a matter of fact, the kids all enjoyed their 1st little glass today. The first thing my 6 yr old daughter said as she was getting off the bus this afternoon was "We get to have EggNog today!" 🥰🫶🏼

We've been having smoothies (ingredients vary) for breakfast, lunch, & dinner with one small fruit or veggie snack between breakfast & lunch and one between lunch & dinner. We are also making sure to drink plenty of water. I've noticed a dramatic reduction with inflammation/bloating and weight loss is at 8 lbs as of today. 🎉👏🏼
