Staircases on Sunday at the trader🫡 also a little tip for the those darned Serps in Skull Caverns. They have a bigger hitbox then they actually look, meaning just swing a tad earlier than you think you need to an you will still hit them but they wont be hitting you. Just so your not trading damage with them🫶
ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVS
I adore your head band so much, did you make it yourself? Great video!
Yes I did, and thank you so much! <3
Do you have tips for skill cavern? When I do it I keep dying and losing stuff and then I just feel annoyed
Yes, absolutely! I used to struggle a lot as well, but these are the tips I got from the community and it immediately helped me, so I hope it does the same for you! -Definitely shoot for going only on good luck days, Everything always runs smoother on good luck days. Eating a food that offers the luck buff will make it all the more better. -Bring LOTS of food. Spicy eel is the best, as it gives you a luck and speed buff, which are both invaluable in Skull Cavern. Coffee or espresso is also great, especially since buffs you eat from food and drinks don't cancel each other out, so you can get double the speed if you eat the eel and drink the coffee before going in. The serpents drop spicy eel, and you can also buy it from the desert trader for a ruby, so it should be easy to get. You can also get espresso from the desert trader in exchange for a diamond, or you could just have a coffee maker and make coffee (but coffee's buff doesn't last as long as espresso.) That being said, you don't NEED coffee or espresso. It just helps. I would bring some other foods as well, ideally something that doesn't have a buff on it, since it will cancel out your spicy eel buffs. I think gold star cheese is a common recommendation for this, as it heals you a lot in one go. But any other normal food will work. -Bombs will be your best friend. Using them instead of your pickaxe will save time and energy. Plus, if you time it right, you can deal damage to enemies as well. All bombs are super easy to make, so it shouldn't be too hard to build up a nice supply. But you can also get both mega bombs and normal bombs from the desert trader for 5 iridium and 5 quartz respectively. -Bring farm and desert totems! Farm totems will not only allow you to stay in the caverns and benefit more from a longer stay, but you'll also be able to make a quick escape if you really need to. -Lastly, staircases will be very useful to you. They're pretty pricy to make, but if you have lots of stone on hand that you're not doing anything with, having those on hand will be super good. If a level looks dicey, you need to make a quick escape to replenish health and take a breather, or you just don't want to deal with the headache of certain enemies, you can place it down and get an automatic ladder to the next floor. Also if you don't have enough stone, you can farm jades in a crystalarium and use those to trade staircases with the desert trader.
Thank you so much !! I forgot stairs existed 😂 also didn’t know you could combine food+ drink buffs. Ty for letting me pick your brain!
Hi
Hello!
I remember doing the forgotten temple shrine and it stumped me so bad 😭 I literally sat there for an embarrassing amount of time fiddling with the last shape puzzle until it glitched so I was able to finish the shrine. My brain was just not having it lol
Lol don't worry, I definitely had my fair share of brain farts trying to figure out shrines in this game.
The lighting for your face cam was good this episode :)
Was watching dredge on a different channel and found this randomly. Also great thumbnail btw...got my attention. And been a fan of Stardew for a long time. So here I am excited to see a new perspective and gameplay
Thank you so much!! I hope you enjoy <3 <3
I’ve been really enjoying this series! Keep it up ❤
Thank you so much for watching! I'm glad you're enjoying the series!! <3
Cool video ❤

At this shrine at the end, I definitely spent about 10 minutes trying to open the gate for the chest. I noticed the green circles on the ceiling pretty quickly and initially tried to place the ball there, but nothing worked. Then I started doubting myself and searched the shrine endlessly for another way to open the gate because I just couldn't come up with the idea that you can remove the floor plate xD It took a while, but eventually I managed it
Don't worry, it took me quite some time to figure it out as well. Luckily, I have the power of editing to make it look like I figured it out quick! XD
@@azorable Praise the holy power of editing 🙏🏼
Omg I love this and I love how enthusiastic you are! Also I’m playing totk right now, and literally I remember my first reaction to the ascend ability was to reference mirio from MHA too 😭
Thank you! I was very excited for this game, I couldn't help but be a little over enthusiastic lol. And their powers are so similar it's hard not to compare them!
I love your flower hat!
Thank you! <3
Slime Rancher is one of my favorite games so I’m always so excited when I find new videos of people playing it, new sub <3
Thank you so much! It's definitely up there in my top favorites as well, so I'm equally excited to share my playthrough with you! <3

@@sreeragku5892 I’m not kidding, my mouse broke two weeks after the comment. It was like 6 years old, but now I’ve got the next generation of the mouse xD
Uuuh, I didn't know there is a character that tells you how many wells are left to find and even gets paid for it, good to know!
The avatar comparison was pretty accurate :D
Uuuuhh, Stardew time means cozy time! Looking forward to the playthrough! I only have a few hours of experience with Stardew Valley myself, but I played a lot of Harvest Moon as a kid
I've never played any of the Harvest Moon games but they're definitely on my list, since I've seen a lot of people compare it to Stardew! I'll have to check it out sometime.
@@azorable Yes, I think Stardew Valley is based on Harvest Moon, as it's very close to the basic concept of that game, except of course Stardew is much more polished and better than the old Harvest Moon games :D
You're right about the schematics and the last ability. I think the last ability is expected to be a fairly early discovery (not that long after the camera). It's certainly possible to miss both (I think PointCrow only got the camera close to the end of the game in his play through and he wasn't rushing).
Really? I haven't seen his playthrough yet, but thats kinda wild that he didn't have the camera until the end. Yeah, it kinda makes sense that its expected to get early, since the quest unlocking it is unlocked right after doing the camera quest, right? I just never thought about it lol
Yes, you probably have the relevant quest because as you say, it comes directly after the camera. I think PointCrow talked to Josha and Robbie before Purah and didn't again (until much later, when the question of where Ganondorf is comes up and Purah suggests asking Josha). (It's worth doing earlier than that because there are enhancements to the Purah Pad which become available. And the ability itself is fun, as are the line of quests after it.)
I hate that shrine from the beginning of the video. Not because it's hard, but because some unfortunate events took place there for me. I always make sure to find all the chests in the shrine since you get a mark on the map for it. In this shrine, there's obviously only one chest, which I found quickly and had no trouble getting to and opening. Like you, I got the message that my inventory was full, so I dropped the bow and thought everything was fine. However, I still didn't have the mark on the map, so I kept searching, not even kidding: for almost half an hour. It was all live, and a viewer said he had seen the chest 10 times on the stream, and I became completely desperate thinking I was infinitely stupid. But this viewer didn't realize that I had already opened that one chest, and he actually meant that one since it's the only one there. I then said that I had already opened it, took a closer look at it again, and was completely surprised to find that it was still closed, even though I had opened it and also dropped the bow. During this process of dropping, I didn't realize that I couldn't drop the bow, even though I had selected to, because the spot up there is so tight, and then the bow wasn't dropped, and the chest closed... that was infinite pain and my worst shrine experience in TOTK.
Oh my gosh, that sucks... Well, you'll see me do plenty of dumb things in this playthrough so hopefully that'll make you feel better about your frustrating experience in that shrine lmao
I guess this episode is the official record of the discovery that Aerodactyl is from Pokémon and we don't have a Zelda cross over with it :D
That Water Temples in Zelda are the most difficult has practically become a tradition by now :D And yes, Colgera is directly related to Molgera from the Wind Temple in Wind Waker! And that epic part of the Boss Battle Theme is based on Dragon Roost Island from Wind Waker, it gives me goosebumps every time and has become like one of my top 3 fav Zelda songs!
I know, the water temples are the worst. Water levels in video games just need to be forbidden Yeah, I realized while editing this episode that it was based on Dragon Roost and felt pretty dumb afterwards since that was one of my favorite themes from Wind Waker lmao. But I agree, Colgera's theme is definitely one of my favorites too. It's so good!!!
@@azorable During my first playthrough, I couldn't figure out where it came from either, I could only say that "I've heard it somewhere before" Lmao. But after your video yesterday, something totally different caught my attention, and I felt like an idiot because I realized, that the Rito Theme itself is a 1:1 slowed-down version of Dragon Roost Island, which somehow I never noticed. I wanted to know for sure and so I compared the two in my editing software, the Rito Theme is roughly a 66% slowed down Dragon Roost Island Theme, and it makes total sense
This is so wild 😂
I keep my inventory stocked with meals after i kept dying so easily
The exact same thing happened to me as it did to you at 28:50. I fell further down because I wanted to die so I could respawn on the platform, but then I got revived by a fairy down below 💀 At least it turned into a hilarious clip 😂
Cool that you immediately notice the similarity between Sundelion and Silent Princess! At first, I didn't notice it, but now I know that they are an inverted copy of each other, so the colors are exactly inverted!
This is a huge revelation for me, I've completed the game, done all the shrines and all the roots, a total of 170 hours of play, and I've never seen this Emergency Shelter before 🤯 I saw it recently in a Zeltik video and was already wondering what it could be and where to find it LMAO And the Bedrock comparison with Minecraft was spot on 😂 That Ascend attempt in the shrine was also wild 😂
Haha, really? Thats awesome. One thing I loved about botw was that no matter how many times I replayed it, I always seemed to find new little things each time. It seems like this game is the same way! The world is just so big that it's s easy to overlook stuff. But that's what makes it fun! As for the ascend attempt... I've done so many weird and roundabout things with the abilities in this game that I'm honestly surprised that it didn't work lol.
@@azorable Yes, definitely, and above that you can just walk around and find something extremely quickly that immediately captivates you. TOTK is like BOTW in that respect, if not a little better!
A Zelda-loving dad is a cool dad! Good episode!
Cool start to the game! Btw, you probably already know this, but Link whistles 4 different songs while cooking that reference old songs. And your reaction to the Korok with the backpack was insane 😂
Yes! I love the small little details that Nintendo puts into these games. So awesome. And hey, I couldn't help it that a tiny little tree creature with a backpack 5 times his size was the funniest thing I'd ever seen. Look at that little guy! It's s hilarious.
The way the ball rolled in there was insane 😅 And I totally understand how you're nerding for the Fierce Deity Link mask, I finished TOTK about 2 weeks ago and haven't found it myself yet, I think I'll start looking for it. Majora's Mask is my absolute favorite Zelda Game
lol, I know! That blew my mind. I definitely think the game realized how much it was screwing me over and decided to give me the win. Majora's Mask is definitely up there for me! It's so awesome, and Fierce Deity Link is for sure one of my favorite forms/outfits of Link. I'm glad someone understood my excitement 😅
Your channel was recommended to me a few days ago, and I appreciate that you're sticking with the Let's Plays! I did that for many years, but eventually stopped and I am considering getting back into it. I will definitely catch up on your TOTK journey :)
Thank you so much! If you do get back into making videos again then good luck!
@@azorable Thanks!
you should stream these episodes fr💯
I think if you talk to Pyper again he suggests a good place for fireflies. (It is in the woods, just to the north of the stable.)
You certainly can go into that storm cloud now, but you might want to wait until later in the game (the main story involves going there).
❤
Well I sometimes watch AUSTIN JOHN Plays Rubber armor is the video
6:41 you didn’t need to use any weapons you just get them swinging and when the balls meet in the middle you connect them together just the ballz connect with the green glue of ultra hand lol
Oh, I didn't even think about connecting them together with ultra hand... I cut most of it out, but I tried for a long time trying to get them to swing together before I resorted to the dumb way lol! It didn't seem like they'd connect so I gave up. But that's good to know for next time!
Malanya is in the game. Sleeping in a Malanya bed at a stable gets you a hint.
I think there's general agreement that on the whole the Shrines are more fun but a bit easier than in BoTW. But there's a few that I found really challenging, and Forward Force is one of them. Your idea of using Recall works and I think is nice and simple (lots and lots of puzzles can be solved with Recall). I think the last part of the shrine intends you to attach the little bits of wood to the wheels making a paddle boat, so perhaps the earlier part can be solved similarly, but I don't think it's that easy (and logically you'd want the paddle boat part first to suggest the solution) so I've still no idea what the intended solution is (if there is one). (I stuck the bits of material together to make long sticks in both parts. Ultrahand makes it easy to move heavy things like the ball using absurdly fragile looking planks.)
Oh, okay! That makes sense. The paddle boat thing is a good idea. So is making long sticks with ultrahand! But I'm glad that I'm not the only one who struggled with this one. I always feel so silly when I get stuck in one of these shrines. I think the cool thing with ToTK is that, even if there is technically one intended solution, your abilities give you the freedom to kinda do it however you want. It's pretty cool! But even then I will always struggle 😔
Under the castle is where the final battle will begin, yes, so probably you want to stay away for now.
Here before 100 subscribers, I'm newly subbed and excited to watch your journey
Thank you so much!!! 💖💖💖
For the crystallised charges, you've talked to a steward construct who explained them. But it was near the beginning of your playthrough (so 3 months ago, on the Great Sky Island) and didn't mean much to you at the time.
Oh, for real? I'll have to go check that out again, thanks for letting me know! <3
Use recall to get unstuck from walls.
Dang it. I always forget that one exists.

I'm pretty sure most of us did stupid things, particularly in the tutorial. And the new weird abilities that gives lots more ways to make (in retrospect) creatively stupid mistakes. (It's just that most of us don't record them, of course.)
